Salt can heal, soften, extract, and preserve, but it also stings when it’s rubbed into a wound just like Louisville, Kentucky singer-songwriter, Justin Paul Lewis’ new track, “Salt,” from his upcoming EP and Ben Sollee collaboration Rinse, Repeat, Rewind. An emotional song, it has been pouring out of my earbuds like salt from a shaker burning and healing with its cathartically catchy melody and beat.
